WHAT are we up to while at work?

We focus, configure and develop an advanced B2B purchasing platform that supports all business processes (S2P – Source-to-Pay) via built-in integration capabilities. We configure the software based on the user interface with design mode, enabling the adaptation of solutions to business needs.

We stick to cloud service of the SaaS model (Software as a Service) of .NET technology.

WHAT exactly do we do each day?

01. We use: SCRUM, Microsoft Teams
02. Each of us works on one larger / two smaller projects (at different stages)
03. Only selected teammates are in contact with the client
04. We do some business trips within the company (Kielce, Warsaw, Katowice)
05. We sometimes do business trips to clients (including foreign ones, the DACH and MEA market) after a minimum one-year work experience (ca. 10% of the year)
06. We work on the projects in English and/or German
07. We work in a team of 4-10 people, lead by a team manager”

We guess – the usual – a work-efficient laptop, optional screens, backpack/bag (of choice), mobile phone, anything else necessary for the position

HOW does the recruitment look like?

System analyst

01. Interview I with possibly your supervisor
02. Online assesment: one-time approach (must be solved in one seating), 3 days to complete
03. Evaluation of foreign languages proficiency: English/German/other?
04. Interview II with the IT Department Director

Do we work remotely or in office

We do it hybrid style! We also do travel at times.

WHAT software we use

MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, NextBuy, MS Visio, Power BI, Microsoft Teams

WHAT are we up to while working on

Every day, we:

  • analyze the customer’s purchasing processes within spend categories;
  • stay in touch with suppliers – maintaining and/or building partnerships;
  • negotiate agreements and discuss framworks of coop;
  • develop and analyze purchasing strategies and tactics;
  • create and provide documentation in form of opinions, reports, presentations, recommendations, codes of conduct, best practices;
  • prepare, manage and finalize tenders and orders using modern IT tools.

WHAT company equipment we get?

Laptop, widescreen, mouse, backpack / bag, business phone, anything that is essential for our performance

HOW does the recruitment look like?

Procurement Consultant / Manager:

Phase 1. First interview – telephone conversation with line manager: general candidate profile verification + validation of language skills declared in resume

Phase 2. Second interview – an online video meeting with line manager; the course of the interview is subject to differ on the position for which the candidate is applying

Phase 3. An in-office interview with the Head of Department”
