The project consisted of two stages. During the first of them, OptiBuy consultants conducted an in-depth analysis of the cost structure of indirect purchases. On this basis, they prepared an action plan optimization for 13 categories, identifying their potential.The plan was enriched with critical success factors in implementing the proposed strategy.

In the second stage of cooperation, the team of OptiBuy experts took and coordinated actions to implement the projected savings for the category – car fleet (passenger cars and commercial vehicles). Based on, among other things, the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) model, the OptiBuy project team achieved the savings level specified in the analysis phase.
